Peak PMG is a property management company based in New York City with a focus on providing management services as well as real estate brokerage services.

Founders David Saba and Faisal Masoud joined forces in 2021 to fulfill an unmet need they saw. As natural problem solvers, they set out to create a certain standard of property management that has yet to exist: one where owners, tenants, Peak PMG and the neighborhoods it serves all love.

David brings 10+ years experience as an agent, sales manager and team leader: an indispensable spectrum of experience and major resource for his clients and team members. His success stems from his straight forward approach of treating each and every client with the attention they want and deserve.

Faisal was fortunate to grow up during the Brooklyn renaissance. As major developments shaped the landscape of the borough, Faisal was thoroughly enamored by the ever evolving NYC real estate industry.  A young star in the field, Faisal counts numerous agencies, landlords and vendors amongst his professional friendships; allowing him a unique vantage point for property management and development.
